Chelodo B.V. makes Kotokoi, and these terms cover your use of it. By playing it, you agree to them.

The app

Kotokoi is licensed to you, not sold, under Apple's Standard License Agreement for apps from the App Store, together with these terms. Where the two differ, Apple's agreement applies.

Purchases

• The first puzzles of each mode are free. The full game and the rare koi are one-time in-app purchases made through Apple.
• Pearls are earned by playing. They have no cash value and can't be bought, sold or exchanged.
• Refunds are handled by Apple, under Apple's policies. You can ask for one at reportaproblem.apple.com. If a purchase is refunded, what it unlocked is removed from the game.

Your game

Your progress is stored on your device. We can't recover it if it's lost, for example if the app is deleted without a backup. Purchases can always be restored from the App Store.

Content

Chelodo B.V. owns the puzzles, artwork and sounds in Kotokoi. Please don't copy or redistribute them.

Changes

We may update the game, add or change puzzles, and update these terms. Changes to these terms will be posted on this page.

No warranty

Kotokoi is provided as it is, to the extent the law allows. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the law where you live.
